Who we are

What we collect

• What you tell us. Your name, email, phone number, business details and answers when you book a consultation, take our AI Sales Growth Audit or email us.
• Payment details. When you pay for a consultation, your card is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
• Basic visit data. Pages you view, the device and browser you use, and how you arrived at our site.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, schedule and hold your consultation, send the audit results and emails you asked for, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.

Where your information is kept

Form and booking details are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, the tool we use to manage conversations with clients and prospects. Only people who work with J Turner Consulting can see it.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages, such as where people click and how far they scroll. This helps us make the site easier to use. Anything you type into a form is hidden from these recordings. You can learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser saves. We and our tools use them to keep the site working, remember your choices and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as booking, may not work without them.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment reminders and marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Email

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it to stop receiving them. We may still send messages about a consultation you booked.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
